Kelsey Smith, The Visionary & Chief Hype Woman
By trade, Kelsey is a builder of sanctuaries. As the founder of Sey Your Vision, she spends her days empowering entrepreneurs to embrace B.R.A.V.E.R.Y. and step out of “idea chaos.” With 20+ years in marketing (and currently serving as Marketing Manager for Friendly Ford Lincoln), she knows how to read the room. But she also noticed a shift: Phone calls turned into spam, algorithms started hiding our friends, and politics siloed us. The world got louder, but we got lonelier.
Kelsey decided it was time to reconnect. She partnered with Kelly to create The Kel² Collective and break that silence.
For Kelsey, ‘Vitality’ is a deliberate act of survival. After navigating cancer and C-PTSD, she realized the standard nightlife scene depleted her battery rather than recharging it. She wanted a space that honored the “Ambivert”: Somewhere vibrant enough to celebrate life, but safe enough to have a real conversation. She didn’t just want to serve drinks —she wanted to serve connection.
If you walk into Kelsey’s space, expect a little chaos, a lot of warmth, and a drink in your hand immediately. Her hosting style is simple: Meet people where they are, read their energy, and lift them up. She is the friend who sees you when you’re trying to hide, and the hype woman who celebrates your wildest ideas. She believes that we are social creatures by design, and that one good conversation can change the trajectory of a human life. She fights for the optimism of the 419, the beauty of our four seasons, and a community where every walk of life can take up space.
